The Omega concealed harness system allows backpack carrying while leaving you hands free. The Triporigid is reinforced with aluminum staves, toblerone shock absorbers and is Insertrolley compatible (Insertrolley not included). Our patented handles have been designed and field-tested for sure grip and optimal comfort. For heavier and wider bags, the left side of the handle locks to the right side of the handle for added security.
Many cases come with a carrying system concealment unit, which gives you rapid access to the harness and waist belt and allows easy re-packing when needed.
External Max Size  The Kata Triporigid-1 is a padded case designed to hold a medium, single-stage video or film tripod with head and pan handle in place. The case offers light, comfortable yet rigid protection. The 6 layers of protection plus aluminum staves allows you to ship the tripod when flying (like with PVC tube), and the lightweight-ergonomic features allow you to use it as a soft case when you are in location. This dual concept saves you the need for two cases to protect your valuable equipment.

The zipper extends the entire length of the case for quick and easy retrieval of legs and head. Two straps inside tie the tripod in place. The case can be carried by 2 interlocking and inverted extra-long handles or the Omega concealed back system (a pair of anatomically shaped, padded back straps to allow comfortable, convenient hands-free carrying and fold away for shipping). An optional DTS Insertrolley is also available to add wheels to allow the tripod case to be rolled. The case has a yellow interior that allows the contents to be easily seen and has 3 pockets for accessories plus an ID window.
